1. THE PRODUCT

I am purchasing Instrument I — The Alchemical Doctrine for the Hyper-Visible Woman, a digital intellectual property experience delivered through the Aura & Flesh Vault.

The purchase provides access to the Doctrine and its associated digital reading environment. It does not provide a downloadable copy, physical product, membership in a community, personal coaching, consulting, therapy, individualized assessment, or other personalized professional service unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. NATURE OF THE DOCTRINE

I understand that the Doctrine is a philosophical and intellectual framework intended for personal examination, discernment, and self-directed application.

Aura & Flesh does not promise or guarantee any particular personal, aesthetic, financial, professional, relational, social, spiritual, or other outcome.

My results, if any, depend upon my own circumstances, decisions, judgment, actions, resources, and application of the material.

3. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND VAULT ACCESS

I understand that access to the Doctrine is delivered digitally through the Aura & Flesh Vault following successful payment.

I am responsible for maintaining the email address, login credentials, and other information necessary to access my purchase.

4. ACCESS ACTIVATION AND REFUNDS

I understand that Vault access may be activated immediately following successful payment.

Because the Doctrine is digital intellectual property delivered through controlled-access Vault access, I understand that once access to the Doctrine has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Aura & Flesh determines that an exception applies, including a duplicate transaction, unauthorized transaction, or a material failure to deliver the purchased access that cannot reasonably be corrected.

I understand that inability or unwillingness to complete, read, apply, or agree with the Doctrine after access has been provided does not, by itself, constitute a basis for a refund.

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to me under applicable law.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

I understand that the Doctrine, Vault environment, text, design, concepts, graphics, organization, and associated materials are proprietary intellectual property of Aura & Flesh and/or its respective rights holders.

My purchase grants me a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased material for my own personal use.

I may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, share account credentials, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit the Doctrine or Vault materials without prior written authorization.

6. ACCOUNT ACCESS

My Vault access is personal to me.

I will not share my login credentials or permit another person to access the Doctrine through my account.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, or circumvention of Vault access may result in termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF RELATED POLICIES

I acknowledge that I have been provided access to and have had the opportunity to review the Aura & Flesh Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, and I agree to be bound by the applicable provisions of those documents.

Those documents form part of the terms governing my use of Aura & Flesh and my purchase and use of the Doctrine, to the extent applicable.

8. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I understand what I am purchasing, the nature of the Doctrine, the manner in which it will be delivered, the limitations of the Doctrine, and the refund and access terms stated above.

I am purchasing Instrument I because I have determined that its intellectual framework is relevant to me and that I am prepared to engage with it as intended.
